2025 CCAC AGM

Annual General Meeting of CENTRAL COAST AERO CLUB LIMITED will be held in the Aero Club, Warnervale Aerodrome, on Saturday, 6^thDecember, 2025 at 2pm.

BUSINESS:

1. To receive and consider the report of the Directors and the Auditor, the Profit and Loss Statement and the Balance Sheet as at the 30^th of June, 2025.
2. To consider any matter of which due notice has been given.
3. To appoint scrutineers for the ballot of the election of the Board.
4. To elect members of the Board in accordance with Article 48.
