Christmas Party & Pilot Awards 2025

Please join us to celebrate 2025 at our annual Christmas Party and Pilot Awards Ceremony.

We will have catering on site serving up a Christmas meal and of course, soft drinks, wine and beer a plenty. Santa will arrive via one of our Cessna's to deliver presents for the kids and we will have a jumping castle to keep them bouncing all night long! This event is open to all club members, their families and guests.

When: Saturday 6th December

Time: Starting at 5pm 

Cost: $25pp (kids under 12 free) 

Running order for the night will be:

• 5pm - Drinks and Christmas nibbles
• 6pm - Santa will fly in with gifts for the Children
• 6.30pm - Dinner
• 7.30pm - Pilot Awards & Club Competition Presentation

Please purchase your tickets and confirm details of any Children attending so Santa can make sure the elves pack his santa sacks correctly! 

If you would like a Pilot Award you will need to apply for this as part of the event registration process. For those that have achieved a PPL in 2025 there will be a choice of awards.
