2024 Annual General Meeting

Central Coast Aero Club AGM 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of CENTRAL COAST AERO CLUB LIMITED will be held in the Aero Club, Warnervale Aerodrome, on Sunday, 24^th November, 2024 at 12 noon.

BUSINESS:

1. To receive and consider the report of the Directors and the Auditor, the Profit and Loss Statement and the Balance Sheet as at the 30^{th of} June, 2024.
2. To consider any matter of which due notice has been given.
3. To appoint scrutineers for the ballot of the election of the Board.
4. To elect members of the Board in accordance with Article 48.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The financial statements of Central Coast Aero Club Limited for the year ended 30 June 2024 will be provided to the to members prior to the meeting via the member jungle website Documents

DIRECTORS

In accordance with Article 48, three Directors must retire at each Annual General Meeting.  The three Directors to retire in accordance with Article 48 are Michael Allen, Jeremy Fox and Antony Moffatt, all being eligible for re-election. A nomination form is enclosed. The nomination must be a financial flying or life member of the club.

AUDITOR

The Company’s Auditor is Mr Martin Le Marchant of Bishop Collins Audit Pty Limited in accordance with the Corporations Law. 

PROXY FORM

If you wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf at the meeting, you can use the form enclosed. Proxy forms can also be obtained from the flight desk.  To be effective, proxy appointments must be received by the Company by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 22^nd November 2024.  A proxy appointed must be a financial flying or life club member. Documents

DIRECTOR NOMINATION FORM

If you wish to nominate another Aero Club member for a Director position, you can use the attached Nomination form. The rules set out for the nominations of Directors are contained in the CCAC’s Articles of Association (Constitution) and a link to the constitution will be emailed out with the audited financial statements over the coming week. Nominations must be received no later than 12 noon (AEST) on Sunday 10^th November 2024. Documents
